Tasting Notes

  • Nose – Nutty, brown sugar, & leather.

  • Palate – Mint and cocoa up front, followed by a mild peppery spice.

  • Finish – Long, lingering finish with citrus & oak.

Food Pairing – Chocolate Covered Oranges

  • Sometimes the best pairings are the simplest—chocolate and orange with a pour that already leans that way.

Nav and Katie’s Thoughts

  • Interesting pour. The nose leans bourbon, but the palate is light and fresh with the rye coming through. Easy sipping and perfect for summer.
