Tasting Notes

  • Nose – Vanilla, buttercream, and almonds

  • Palate – Wildflower honey and fresh strawberries

  • Finish – Short finish with oak and white pepper

Food Pairing – Grilled BBQ Chicken

  • We paired it with grilled BBQ chicken and it worked great—the smoky char and sauce played really nicely with the honey sweetness and light spice.

Nav and Katie’s Thoughts

  • This one drinks a little bolder and sweeter than Solstice but is still really approachable. It’s easy to sip neat, but honestly it shines in cocktails—the extra proof and sweetness hold up really well in a mix.
