Tasting Notes

  • Nose – Refreshing with notes of green apple and mint

  • Finish – Balanced with oak and rye spice.

Food Pairing – Apple Crisp

  • I asked Katie what we should pair with this pour and she immediately said apple crisp. The warm baked apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon really complemented the rye spice, and the caramel notes in the whiskey tied everything together.
